For events within 24–48 hours, always look for listings specifically offering instant download or Will Call delivery, as physical shipping may not be available in time.

The section and row are not exactly the same as my order. What should I do?

Ticket sellers on our marketplace are required to provide tickets for the exact seating they advertise, or provide equal or better seating. If the section or row is different from what you ordered, please contact customer support immediately. In cases where seating is upgraded (e.g., a better section than what was ordered), this is considered a satisfactory fulfillment per our seller terms. If seating is downgraded in any way, you are entitled to a full refund.
